My club gives community service hours for helping others (we tutor those who need help) so I'm getting volunteer hours for that
I write articles relating to biology and publish them on the National High School Journal of Science
I teach tennis to seniors in my area as well as tutor people in math

Programs/Internships:
Did a Columbia University Summer program for bio and got decent rec letters from professors there
Will do an internship my junior year summer as well to study neurology in depth

Recommendation/College essays:
Should get a strong rec from my chem ap teacher and a decent rec from my english 11 H teacher
Also 1 decent rec from my counselor
Planning to start early with college essays and get it looked at by multiple people

Nationality: Asian Indian

Note: I go to highly competitive public high school where high grades/SAT scores are normal

I heard Johns Hopkins has a 38% ED rate for undergrad admission so I should have a high chance right? My grades aren't great but I thing I make up with the difficulty of my course load. What do you guys think are my chances?
