Your test scores are fantastic, but your GPA is really where you’re lacking. I’m hoping that’s because you attend a rigorous high school and you’ve worked hard for those grades, and can show proof of it. Your ECs are kind of standard in that they show you’re pretty well-rounded, which is great, but you should probably work on highlighting your work in debate. The schools you’ve listed are reaches for anyone, and I’d say that all of them are mid- to high-level reaches for you. I think you should look into applying to more schools that are matches and safeties, as there are many schools that might not have the same type of “name brand” value as HPY, JHU, Cornell, etc., but still have fantastic premed programs.

I go to a very competitive school (probably in the top 10 in the state) and naturally, the GPA’s are lower there, but i’m in the top 10% of my class with the gpa i have. So i’m hoping the admissions committee sees the rigor of my schedule. But what would be a “solid GPA” in your opinion for any of those colleges? I want to apply ED to one of the schools, so its always helpful to know =)
