<p>Just curious if it's worth applying. Thanks for any advice.</p>

<p>Weighted GPA: 3.5 (3.97 Junior year) I know, it's horrible :(
Class rank: Top 20% most likely (roughly 350 class size)
I go to a public high school and the I bet more than half of the kids won't even make it to college.</p>

<p>SATI: 2240 (Crit Reading 680, Math 800, Writing 760)</p>

<p>SATII: Math IIC 800, Physics 760, Biology 710</p>

<p>Senor courses:
AP Computer Science AB
Health Club (unleveled lol)
Anatomy Honors
AP Calculus BC
English 12 Honors
AP Physics B</p>

<p>Work Experience:
Barnes and Noble (July 2006 - Present)</p>

<p>Activities:
Math Club (grades 9-12)
Ski Club (grades 10-12)
Varsity cross country (grade 12)</p>

<p>Awards/honor:
Honors in school science fair and participated in regional fair.
National Scholar award</p>

<p>I'm also planning on having great recommendations and essays if that helps. :/</p>

<p>It's definitely worth applying. Your SAT and ecs are good, and your GPA isn't that bad. Class rank is probably the weakest part of your app. A strong junior year will help a great deal. JHU has a Barnes & Noble, I think.</p>
