Chances at Lehigh/Upenn Combined Dental. Will Chance back

I am in junior year of hs. I am interested in the combined dental program with Lehigh/Upenn. I know that my GPA needs some work, and I will need to do better on the SAT than the PSAT. I was wondering with my grades, is it possible to get into this program? If not, would Nova/Upenn be any easier

-SAT: have not taken yet, 2150 on PSAT
-GPA: 3.8 unweighted
-Will have taken 6 AP courses by senior year and 5 honors courses.

Extra Curriculars:
-worked on research for 2 years as of senior year at Rutgers U with professor
-4 years of varsity track + xc
-200+ volunteer hours around the community
-300+ volunteer hours at local hospitals
-100+ volunteer hours as coach
-4x honor roll by senior year
-National Honor Society, Math Honor Society
-2 years of honors band

AP Tests:
we are not allowed to take AP classes until junior year

SAT Subject:
Biology (m)= 800
Chemistry= 730
Math II= 750

Suppose you score a 2100+ on SAT, and a uw GPA of 3.6+, Lehigh will be a match.

If you maintain your current academic stats until senior year (which is very insufficient for any further prediction), I would say Upenn is a reach.
