<p>You have a good chance at Penn State, UMD, and possibly Northeastern. Villanova and Boston College may be iffy, as you have a low weighted/unweighted GPA. However, you are in the top 20%, so you might have a shot. I would improve your ACT and retake the SAT IIs.
