Chances at McGill, Wellesley, Berkeley, NYU, and Arizona

Hey,
I'm a junior in high school, and am interested in the following schools: McGill, Wellesley, and Berkeley,
GPA (unweighted): 3.5
GPA (weighted): 4.5
School: IB program; very competitive
Class rank- top 18%
SAT: 2010 (Math- 720; Reading- 640; Writing- 650) (I plan on retaking it in June.)
Qualifier for national merit (still waiting for results)
ECs:
-orchestra
-debate
-mu alpha theta
-creative writing club*
-NHS*
-Interact club*
-2012 Girls State Delegate
*denotes leadership position
Courseload: in 7 AP/IBs

So the age old question... what are my chances? I am interested in studying pre-med.

UCB might be a reach that would be too far out, even if you retake the SAT’s. Also, where are your SAT II scores? Those are REQUIREMENTS at Berkely, NYU, McGill and Weselley. However, you show great potential. If you make national merit your “board” should look like this:

Reach: 1.Berkely (High reach for anyone)
2.NYU (Easily could be a match; I think you have a good shot)

Match: 1.NYU
2.McGill

Safety: 1.Arizona

I’m taking the SAT IIs on the 5th. My practice tests are in the 650s to 700s so far. Thanks for the input!
