<p>Grades in the past haven't been great, pulled a 3.3 first semester of junior year, grades prior to this have been up and down. Realizing how close college was, I pulled a 4.0 my last semester of junior year, with AP Chem and AP Government both at A's. Haven't taken my AP tests yet.</p>

<p>I tutor locally at my high school and have been on the varsity tennis and bowling teams for 3 years.</p>

<p>Based on the MSU admits from my school (being from IL, a lot go there), your stats stack up fairly well. I think at the moment, your chances are solid, but to “cement” them I’d recommend that you bump up your ACT about a point or two and that you do well on your AP exams (study, study!). Otherwise, you’re looking good!</p>
