Bonus: My AP History teacher went to Middlebury and wrote me an outstanding recommendation letter

hey, i have almost the exact same stats as you, except for different ecs...it's sort of creepy. i'm applying to bates and colby too, plus william and mary and like five matches/safeties.

i had a 1450 (800 V 650 M) and about a 3.3-3.5 UW (my school only gives weighted). SAT IIs: 750/760/690

PLUS i have a rec from my french teacher, an alum

anyway, sorry to tell you so much about myself when you were really asking for your own chances. lol. i really don't consider myself qualified to judge applicants...but your chances are similar to mine or better, i'm sure.

Willliams is the only place where you may have a problem. But your math is great, and they may not get many applicants that strong in math- that will definitely help.

Your GPA versus your SAT scores hints that you're an "underachiever." Think your safeties are just that, but the others (Midd, Wms, Bates & Colby) are a crapshoot. I think you'll wind up at Colby, but will be interested in what does happen. Keep us posted.

Are you Hispanic? Considering how difficult it is for any non-native speaker to get a perfect score on the Spanish SAT II, I'd say that's quite an impressive feat if you're not. And if you are, well, you're a URM.

Williams is extraordinarily tough, but I'd say you have good chances at Colby, and Bates. Middlebury is somewhat of a reach, as well.
