Hi, I’m a junior in HS currently and have been thinking a lot about college recently (new member). I visited Middlebury College a couple months ago and absolutely loved it. If anyone could look at my stats and see if Middlebury looks right for me/what I need to work on, I would be so grateful! I’m a white male living in PA. Here are my classes…
Freshman Year:
- Western History (Honors). A
- Algebra 1 (Honors). A
- Geometry (Honors). A+
- Intoductory Physics (Honors). A-
- French 2 (Honors). A
- English (Honors). A
Sophomore Year:
- AP World History. A- (Exam score: 4)
- French 3 (Honors). A
- Algebra 2 (Honors). A
- Pre-Calc (Honors). A-
- English (Honors). A
- Chemistry (Honors). A+
Junior Year:
- AP Calculus BC (Probably a B-, possibly a C+ )
- AP Biology (Probably A-)
- AP US History (Probably A)
- English (Honors). A
- French 4 (Honors). A
And my schedule for next year will be as follows:
AP Language and Composition, AP European History, AP Environmental Science, AP French, AP Government, AP Physics 1
My test scores:
• Old SAT 2130/2400 (770 Math, 730 Writing, 630 CR)
• New SAT 1500/1600 (770 Math, 730 Reading/Writing)
Other:
- National Honor Society Officer
- Class Officer (4-year position with 4 other people — fundraising for class, organizing dances, etc.)
- My PSAT score was 1480/1520 so I think I might get National Merit
- National French Honor Society
- Cross country
- Chamber choir at school
- and more I can’t think of
That is all, I tried to keep it brief. I know that Middlebury would be a stretch for me, but if anybody had any insight as to how much of a stretch I would be so thankful!
