Chances at...MIT, Harvard, combined medicine programs

Does anybody think I have a chance at MIT, Harvard, or the combined BS/MD programs?
(I'm applying to Brown, Case Western, Siena, Rochester, Union, WashU, BU, and probably more for BS/MD programs.)

These are my stats:
Unweighted GPA 4.0 (97)
SAT I: 2400
SAT II: 800 math level 2, 800 biology M, 780 literature
National Merit Semifinalist

My ECs are pretty bad: band, track (on and off), piano, guitar

Leadership: captain of academic decathlon, captain of math team, president of science honor society, tutoring coordinator of NHS

Science Stuff:
-- science fair (grades 10-11): got a first at states
-- my state's delegate to American Junior Academy of Sciences annual symposium in California
-- research internship at Northeastern University the summer before senior year

Community service: volunteer at local hospital and local library. Completed 600 hours at hospital.

Not that it matters, but awards:
5th in nation for National French Exam
NCTE Achievement in Writing thing
Science fair stuff
Bausch & Lomb

Also, does anybody know how important the interview at MIT is?

If anybody would chance me I would be eternally grateful.

Oh, forgot to include:
Took AP Bio and APUSH last year, got 2 fives.

This year, taking AP Chem, AP Calc AB, AP Physics, AP Lit.

Everything is strong, so you have a good chance.

It’s important enough that, if you are offered one, not having one is quite unwise.

mostly bs/md programs are very picky about the applicant’s research experience. Have you published any papers while at northeastern?

Hahaha yeah I’m definitely not a “hooked applicant.”
I know that extracurriculars count a lot for general admissions, but does anybody know if they important for combined medical programs? Or are those completely based on academics?
And no, for research I didn’t get any publications (I was only there for a summer). However, I did present my independent research (I did it on my own for science fair, not as part of a lab) at a national conference…does that count for anything?
