Chances at MIT or Boston acc. med?

Hi everyone. I'm a rising senior this year applying to be a part of MIT's Class of 2019. I just want to get an idea of how good a candidate I am, as well as any thoughts on things I could do to improve my general application. I made a profile based on what I saw on MIT's Class of 2018 RD page. I'm also applying to Boston University's accelerated medical program, so if anyone knows anything about the type of people they take for that, please help me out:

What are my chances of being accepted to MIT?

MIT: Reach
BU accelerated med: Reach

Would you attend BU as a regular student (in which case it’s a low match)? Or you would prefer NCSU if you couldn’t get into neither?

I can’t apply to BU as both a regular student and a potential member of the accelerated medical program. I’d probably look at some other schools before NC State if I got denied from these two, but it is on my list
