my grandfather holds a high position in the Lutheran Board of America, so he holds some influence there

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You should be in. Muhlenberg isn't the most selective school in the world.

BTW: there's more Jews (22%) than Lutherans at Muhlenberg. Just to let you know.

ok, is there any other better school you think I could get into with these stats?

Gettysburg, while it will be a little bit of a reach for you, is solidly Lutheran and in central Pennsylvania.

thanks, do you think if i were to join a bunch of clubs or maybe take an SATII, I would become a much better candidate for these or other schools?

What other schools? You mean like the other areas schools? (Lafeytte, Dickinson, Ursinus, etc...)

It would help if you raised each SAT section by about 50 points, and SATIIs certainly can't hurt.

Your curriculum and transcript are the most important factors in admissions. Since you did not post this info it is difficult to provide any useful feedback.

Depedning upon your interests and preferences, you should be able to compile an initial list of reaches, safeties and matches.
