You look like a competitive applicant but your test scores will drag you down. I say if you get your tests scores up near or above average you will have a great shot at admission.

Kramer1 is right.

The 25th (lowest) percentile for admitted NU students is 1370. That means that >75% of accepted students scored higher than you. Study for either the ACTs/SATs – don’t try to prepare for both, spend all your time on one– as if they’re a school subject. It’s worth it.

Would you be willing to do first semester abroad?

I think you’re very safe, your scores are a bit low but you make up for it in GPA/extra curricular. Retaking the tests will definitely help you though in terms of scholarship amounts
