I really want Northeastern and Bentley to know I'm extremely intersted. How should I go about doing this besides applying EA which I already said I plan on doing? Also I'm instate and I'm going to be a business major will this help or hurt my chances? Any responses will be appreciated!
Also does anyone know if these schools count Freshman year, becuase if not my GPA will be considerably higher if they do not, and what are the schools' policy on the SAT writing?

I sent a pm to you. I don't know about writing, but you should call the admissions offices and ask. Bentley is primarily a business college, so majoring in business is not going to hurt, IMO. This is really why you would attend their school. I have no idea about how they look at freshman year, but call admisions and ask them. You can express interest by visiting, and reading their websites and tailoring your essay to information about the school. You can also interview with Bentley, but I am not sure about interviews with NEU. Those are some ideas to get you started.

For Northeastern, the unweighted GPA is above 3.4 for 75% of admitted students. SAT is >1160 (M+CR). You have a decent chance. EA will definitely help you.

EA is viewed by most admissions committees as "showing interest." So applying EA is to your advantage.

BTW, Northeastern expecting upwards of 30,000 apps next year for 2800 seats so the earlier you apply the better.

lets bump this

i think both are matches for you.

Your class rank and GPA certainly beats mines. I had quite a bit of ECs though. Higher SATs

Anyways long story made short I was accepted with 16k merit. I'm going there in the fall.

Sorry, meant to say Bentley. Same merit aid with NU though.
