Chances at Northwestern HPME program

What are my chances at the Northwestern accelerated HPME (BA/MD) program?

GPA: 4.55 weighted, 3.82 unweighted
SAT I: 2130
SAT IIs: 670 on Chem, 660 on Physics, 640 on US History
APs: 4 on Chem, 4 on US history, 3 on Physics, 3 on Music theory, 2 on Spanish Language
ECs: piano for 11 years, classical carnatic (indian) music for 7 years, Hoag Hospital vice-president and volunteer (about 250 hours), CSF president (35 hours), Operation Save Darfur Vice-President (raised $5,000 for genocide in Darfur), MUN student, took to UCI summer session classes (Psych 7A got B+, Bio 9N got A-)

anything else missing? what are my chances?

your chances are EXTREMELY low.

=(

but only because this program rejects people who get into HYPMS and the like.

I'd say it's a reach for HPME. =/

Just to put things into perspective. The kids at my school who applied to HPME had perfect SAT II scores, above a 34 ACT, near perfect SAT scores, national qualifiers for all those ridiculous math science things, 5's on all APs and NONE of them got asked to come for an interview. But these kids got into Harvard, UChicago, MIT, etc, so I guess in the end it doesnt really matter that they didnt get into HPME.

Based on the several kids I know from my school who got into HPME, your chances are extremely slim. The people you are competing against are much more accomplished than you in math and science, and that's going to hurt. I'm usually not a score freak, but your are scores are definitely all lower than anyone I've seen get in. Your community service is impressive, but is that really relevant to medical science?

How strict are they on minimum scores? I saw that the ACT score is at least a 34. I got a 32, but I got a 36 on Math and 34 on Science(my rdg and lit pulled those down...)? Do they look at the Math/Science sections more/even compared with the other subsections? Should I even consider it?
