Those are generally reach schools for all except a handful of people (& some schools like WashU even have a reputation of waitlisting kids they expect to go to better places. like HYP etc)

In that respect, all 3 will be reaches for you.

Your rank is excellent -- this will definitely be a plus.

Your SAT score could pose a problem for you. For some perspective, these are the 25%tile & 75%tile of accepted applicants at the schools you are asking about:

Northwestern: V 650-740, M 670-760
Chicago: V 670-770, M 660-760
WashU: V 660-740, M 690-780

The general rule is a school will be a match if you are at ~ the 75%tile for your tests. Given your rank, I think you could get by w/ a little less. If you were able to obtain about a 760 math, 660 reading, and 680 writing, I would say you are in good shape (although there is no guarantee).

You make your ECs sound boring, but as I looked at it closely you have some things on there that are interesting. Hopefully, you are really involved in one of these activities, which is what top colleges look for. Whatever activity that is, be sure to stress that in your application.

Based on the info you've given me so far, I'd also take a look at Vanderbilt, Emory, Carnegie Mellon, University of Michigan, Georgetown, Wake Forest, USC, William & Mary, Brandeis, NYU, UWisonsin Madison, Case Western Reserve U, Boston College, Lehigh, U of Illinois, & U of Rochester.

All of those schools will be matches/slight reaches for you. If you get your test scores up to about ~2050+, I would start looking into even more selective schools as well.
