One detriment I think is significant is that I didn't take business courses during HS. My schedule was always very liberal arts focused. ppl have told me not to worry about my schedule as much, but I still feel insecure. Please give me your feedback.

To be honest, I can't tell you your chances because I'm not a member of an admissions committee. However, I will tell you certain things that NYU will like about you. You have great AP exam scores, your grade point average is good, you seem to be well-rounded with your activities list, and your SAT scores are high. I hope you get in, and I think you have what it takes. Good luck!

odyssy2112, I think you have a great chance at Stern. Nice to see a pakistani on CC : ). A friend of mine with similar/ worse stats got into Stern so I don't think you'll have a problem. The only thing is that is seems you didn't apply early to Stern which I assume is your 1st choice school. This is a disadvantage but I still feel confident you will get accepted. Good luck, tell me how it goes when you get your decision.

Yeah biff, the thing was that initially I was unsure of where I wanted to go. So, after going to NYU for visitations/speeches, I really got attached to the area around NYU. What's more, I realized that I wanted to be in a technical field for undergrad, so then I really set my eyes on NYU Stern. Whatever, I'll just have to wait until April, but thanks for your input!
