Applying to: NYU, UMass-Amherst, St. John's, Syracuse, Cal State Bakersfield, Ithaca, University of Oregon, and possibly Texas A&M and University of Louisville and University of Kentucky

I want to major in Sports Management (at UO its only Sports Marketing but w/e)

Which schools are a reach for me, which are safety and matches? Does being out of state help me at all?

I know at least 2 people from my school have been accepted to NYU (its my dream school) and my school just recently opened (4 years ago)...so 2 students from the first graduating class have been accepted to NYU...does that help at all?

What are my overall chances at these school? Thanks for help

bump...please anyone?

you are in at st. John's , no problem and they will give you money.
if your major is sport management than Umass is your choice, my friend will be attending it and he said it was ranked in the nation for its sport management program. syracuse and ithaca look like great matches. NYU is obviously gonna be close but you have a good shot. I suggest visiting UMASS because my friend loved it but others dont. also check how much financial aid you can recieve. GOOD LUCK!

There is no ranking for Sport Management. UMass has a great program though. Oregon is just as good if not better.
