I don’t know about the different admit time chances, but I’d say you have a very good shot at Cornell and USC. You have shown that you can keep good grades in very tough courses, and still be very involved in athletics and extra-curriculars. I have to admit I don’t know enough about the UC system to comment. Good luck, and from what I’ve read, any school would be lucky to have you.

I hope u have safety schools and back up also, because ur gpa is kind of low for all 4 of the schools. I think u’ll have a decent chance at UCB, UCLA supposedly is obsessed with extra curricular activities so iono. Well UCB and UCLA are obsessed with those, but UCB rejects less :P. Cornell I don’t know but it should be hardest to get in on ur list. USC think u’ll be fine. If youu get in USC and one of those 2 UC, go to the UC :). Cheaper and those 3 are ranked around the same >.< I think XD.

I think your GPA is a bit low for all those schools. UCB and UCLA, as far as I know, will look more into this and your SATs. Your Extracurriculars are a bit low too but you have a chance. I give you a 7.4, 8.0, 5.1, and 7.8 (UCB, UCLA, Cornell, USC.) Good luck and thank you for chancing me!
