<p>it’s weird…when i was reading your post, i thought that you sounded like a kind, caring, person. my idea of you has since changed because of your attitude and responses to other posters…you’re quite rude. you’re personality does show through your application, so i don’t think you will get in. if you really really really wanted advice, you would be asking your guidance counselor, not people on CC. if you just want kind of whatever advice, then CC is the place.</p>

<p>lolygagha: which instance are you refering to? i only was mad once when a poster said 33 was the average act score for berkeley that is it. btw if you think that fine. but the other posters didnt think what you are thinking.</p>

<p>well, i completely disagree with the poster who said you are into UCB. You probably have a 40-50% chance. Berkeley gets TONS of applicants who have 4.0 GPAs, SATs above 2250, etc…so I just don’t think you have a really good chance.</p>

<p>I think you are a sure-in at most UCs and have a very, very good chance at Berkeley, esp. since you are in-state. Your Standardized Test scores are certainly really good for Berkeley.</p>

<p>I think you have a great chance. You test scores will help, and your essay might explain your grades. I assume your grades show an upwards trend? I feel pretty confident for you, something 6/7/8 chance out of 10 that you’ll get in. In other words, high match, low reach. </p>
