Chances at Penn (and NYU)?

I'm currently a junior, and wondering about my chances...

I haven't taken the real SAT yet (I'll be taking the new one in March), but I got a 1900 out of 2400 on the PSAT w/o preparation. My GPA is currently around a 3.5 but I'm trying really hard to get it up (math and science just aren't my friends). I go to a pretty competitive prep school in NYC, but we don't rank. I'm legacy at Penn and I'm also a URM (Hispanic).

SAT IIs (so far):
Writing - 690
Lit - 620... don't ask, I thought that test was RIDICULOUSLY HARD

ECs:

Debate Team
SHOCK Coalition (Anti-Tobacco) - President
Member of the Tutoring/Mentoring program
Students For Social Awareness - Vice President
Harry Potter Appreciation Club -Founder, President
Headbanger's Society (Rock club)
Celluloid Heroes (Film Appreciation)
Respect & Diversity Club - (just started this year)
Peer Counselor

Volunteer Work:
I'm a junior social worker at an after-school program for autistic children

Will graduate having taken 3 AP classes (English Lit/Lang, Art History, U.S. History)

I'm applying to Penn as a Classics/Comp Lit major... I plan on really stressing how passionate I am about language/literature... I'm taking Intensive Shakespeare and doing an Independent Study on Kafka next year. I've been published in a few small publications... reading and writing is really my life.

I plan on writing essays about how I'm multi-racial (mom is Peruvian, dad is Russian) or about living with my autistic brother

I'm not worried about teacher recs; I'm really close to a few teachers and am sure they will write really great, personal recs

I plan on applying ED... NYU is my second choice (Gallatin)

Thoughts? Suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
