Chances at Penn State, UConn, Northeastern etc for nursing?

I'm applying to Penn State, Uconn, Northeastern, University of Maryland, UMich, UMass Amherst, Pitt, University of Delaware, and SUNY Stony Brook as a nursing major. Maybe even a few more (both less and more competitive).

I'm unsure of where I stand because applying as a nursing major is much different than applying as undecided, or basically any other major. I've been told that I need to apply to somewhere between 12-15 schools because it's very competitive and I might not get into the schools that I'm expecting to get into.

To be honest, the one I really really care about is Penn State. But, I want to be accepted to University Park.

My overall average right now is 89 unweighted. 93 weighted.

I'm taking the ACT in October. My projected score is around a 29 or 30.

I definitely slacked off in 10th grade. I had a very tough personal year, and I'm pretty sure my guidance counselor is addressing that in my recommendation and saying how I improved tremendously.
I'm planning on writing some kick ass essays too.

I'm an IB Diploma Candidate if you know what that means. It's the equivalent of all AP classes I guess, plus a class called Theory of Knowledge, 150 hours of community service, and a 4000 word paper called the Extended Essay.

Honestly, I'm just trying to find out where I stand because it's very confusing. I can't really go by the normal "average stats" of the colleges because it's different applying as a nursing major. I would really really appreciate if you would let me know what you think! Clearly, nothing is set in stone. But just an idea of where I'm at would be amazing.
