Chances at Penn State University Park?

<p>Female (About to be a senior)
PA Resident
Indian ( Permanent Resident)
G.P.A- Freshman Year 3.8, Sophomore Year 3.9, Junior Year 4.4
SAT- 1820 took it for the first time in may, took it again in June and planning to take it again in October
Honors/AP- Took 4 honor classes in junior year, About to take 7 honors and 3 AP classes my senior year
Class Rank- 62/450</p>

<p>Extracurricular- None except for attending a few clubs in my high school. But i am able to read, speak and write 5 different languages ( if it's an extracurricular). I will try to join as many extracurricular as i can in my senior year. </p>

<p>Any chances at Penn State University Park??? Temple University is my backup plan if i don't get in but Penn State is my first choice.</p>

<p>Your grades and SAT score put you in good standing for both of those schools. You should have no trouble getting into them.</p>

<p>I think you have a good chance of getting into those schools. (Penn State and Temple are both my top choices as well! You have slightly better SAT scores than me, though.)
Having more extracurriculars sounds like a good idea, but just don’t join random ones because colleges have seen that before… students piling on the extracurriculars during senior year. :stuck_out_tongue: It’s better to have a few that you’re dedicated to.
