What, you're too good for Temple?

Apply for those colleges and you would be most likely to get accepted into all three.

What did you get for CR, Math, and Writing?

Too bad only half of the people above are willing to answer your post, rather than throw in comments about their school or their own stats.

First of all, let's talk about your GPA:

You stated: GPA (UW) 3.4, GPA (W) 4.45

Since it impossible to have a weighted GPA that is more than 1.0 higher than an unweighted one, you might want to recompute this. ("A"s in honors courses are 5.0, "A"s in non-honors are 4.0, "B"s in honors courses are 4.0, "B"s in non-honors are 3.0)

Second, Penn State is really big on you having a UW GPA that is at least 3.45 and a W GPA that is about a 3.65--so how you could be a safe match there is beyond me. However, you are probably either a "Match" or "Slight Reach" there, especially in-state.

Lastly, Pittsburgh will look closely at which courses you took, and your major as well as the GPA and test scores. Since your GPA is still to be decided (see my note above), I'd rather not rank you until you repost these correctly. My guess is that you are a "Match" there, however--especially in-state.

Drexel is a "safe match" for you.

Good luck.

My transcripts say that I have a 3.43 unweighted GPA and a 4.45 weighted GPA. These numbers were approved by my guidance counselor so I would say that they are accurate. Maybe we have a different weighted grade system than what you are familiar with?
