<p>Your GPA is easily in the top quartile, it’s just your ACT that’s pulling you down. Have you considered giving the SAT? Some people test better on one test over the other. If you get a higher standardized test score, this will turn into a safety school for you!</p>

<p>Penn State hardly considers the essay. Your weighted GPA (I assume AP’s) and being willing to do summer session will push you up a bit but you’re still 50/50 between UP and branch campus.</p>
