I checked the admissions stats on the Pitt website and their mid 50% range for admitted students last year was SAT (cr/m) 1160 - 1340. Your cr/m totals 1120, so bottom 25%, but with lots of honors and APs and decent grades and ecs. I would say try to get that math up to the level of your critical reading if you can and that should do it. Or just get the math up as much as you can, especially if you're thinking about a science major.

mike 22 - check some of the old posts from last year on other admitted students' stats. See if you can bump that math score up to 500. If you can get a few more points anywhere and hit that 1160 you should be good to go. Your overall record looks very nice.

hey i have similar grades, but fewer AP’s, but i go to a private school. my college counselor said its realistic that i’ll get in, but not a definite. so i’m guessing its about the same for you. good luck!

I feel a little like Simon Cowell saying this, but why would you want to major in math at an academically competitive school like Pitt when you haven’t even taken Calc and your math SAT is so low? Just being realistic here. I don’t think that is a good plan for you. Just my opinion.

Please disregard the above I misread above and thought you said you were thinking about science or math as a major! Good luck on your application! You look like a great pre-law candidate.
