Grades and class rank aren't good. You have amazing scores though. I think it depends on how you present yourself because I would say that your academics probably aren't a problem, but your EC's are dull. It's probably a low reach

I think you have a good shot, I got in with lowers grades and scores, but stronger ECs. If you're applying ED, I would say that you have an excellent chance, as your geography will help you more in the ED round. Good luck, and feel free to PM me if you have any more questions.

I think you'll get in, too. I don't think your ECs are dull at all - it looks like you chose activities that you liked rather than trying to be great at everything.

Choose your recommenders carefully - make sure they know your personality and can say something that will reveal your positive qualities, and write interesting essays, and you should do fine. I wouldn't put down that you know you want to major in PP&E on the app though - although your interests could come through subtley in your essays. I think it's better to be a bit more open until you see everything the school has to offer. Good luck! It does seem like Pomona would be a good fit for you!

Pomona LOVES the upward trend (it seems like everyone who got in who didn't have perfect or close to perfect grades had a dramatic upward trend.)

In addition, Pomona doesn't put a lot of stock in your freshman year (like the UCs, who don't even care)
