SAT I (breakdown): 2100 (720 Math, 720 Critical Reading, 660 Writing) - I won't send this one.
ACT: 35 (35 Math, 35 English, 33 Reading, 36 Science) 
SAT II: 800 Math II, 800 Physics, 800 Chemistry
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 96/100 - I think that's a high 3.9.
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): 19/472
AP (place score in parenthesis): 4 on European History, 5 on Language and Composition, 5 on US History.
IB (place score in parenthesis): N/A
Senior Year Course Load: 
AP Literature and Composition, AP US Government, AP Biology, College Calculus (We don't have AP Calculus but I'm    going to self-study the BC exam for fun) 
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): National Merit Commendation, AP Scholar, Rensselaer Medal (does this count?), Presidential Volunteer Service Awards, a bunch of music-related awards (ex All-State, All-County, Area All-State).

Subjective:

Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Clarinet for 8ish years, participation in a religious group for 2 years (or something), some CTY courses, etc. 
Job/Work Experience: none
Volunteer/Community service: 200 hours or so, gonna keep going.
Summer Activities: Summer academies for aviation and medicine
Essays: Decent, I guess. I basically wrote all about music and my religious group and my love for math and science.
Teacher Recommendation: Excellent, they both know me quite well.
Counselor Rec: Excellent, she loves me.
Additional Rec: Excellent, she loves me.

I dunno if I’m missing anything else on this thing but yeah. I haven’t had much transportation either so I made that clear in my QB stuff.

If you’re a finalist, and if your essays convey that you’re a match for a school, and if you have all application materials in… I think you stand an excellent chance at being matched. But if you’re not, don’t be disappointed; I’m sure you’ll do well one way or another.
