Lol you’ll get in.

What country are you applying from?

Hey! I’m applying from India. @usualhopeful

Your SAT score is low, otherwise great ECs and scores(apart from SAT). You have a good chance at all schools though. I wouldn’t be surprised if you get in to most of these schools(provided your essays and recs are great).

@PureMathIsFun That’s somehow pleasing to hear, but considering that I got deferred from Columbia in ED, I’m not so sure about my chances.

Will chance you asap. Thanks!

P.S. I think I know you (the doge meme guy).

First of all your GPA and Class rank are obviously tremendous! Congrats on that you must’ve put in a lot of hard work! Secondly, your ECs are also very impressive and I think they could make you stand out. It also sounds like your recs and essays were great. On the other hand I’m sorry but 2100 is going to be low for almost all of these schools it doesn’t mean you won’t get in it’ll just be a lot harder. The other thing you have going against you is you’re applying from India and you need financial aid. Being from India is difficult because there a lot of other top notch students applying to the same schools you are who probably scored higher on the SAT international applicants just face a higher level of competition due to the limited spots each school has to offer. Additionally I might be wrong on this, but I don’t think all the schools you applied to are need blind, meaning they will see you need financial aid which could put you at disadvantage. I disagree with the above posters who are saying you’ll get in or you have a good chance because the reality of applying to schools of the caliber you did is that no one has a “good” chance. Each year plenty of top notch students get rejected from these schools the best anyone can say is you’re competitive. I think you should get into Drexel and Haverford is close to a match as well. For everything else your GPA, rank, ECs, LoRs, and essays should make you competitive but applying as an international who needs financial aid with the SAT score you have will make things challenging I could see you possibly getting into a few, but as long as you temper expectations you should be fine. Best of Luck!

Goddamn it! I hate when I see perfect resumes and stats on here; it just makes me worry even more.
Terrific EC’s and awards. I would definitely not worry: you have a high chance of getting into many of the top schools.
