<p>Duno what to do! this is me applying for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute ... </p>

<p>i applied Candidates Choice App RegDecision and from what i know its either today or 30 days from now the decision. im thinking march 14th since the guy on the phone said so -_-</p>

<p>what would be my chances of getting accepted? Sigh*</p>

<p>GPA : i have no clue. i think 3.4 or 3.5 (89-90 on transcript) so B+ right
SAT: 680 math 620 reading 600 writing
SATII: 680 math1, 580 physics, 690 bioE
APs: bio in junior, exam - 5
AP taking now: Psych</p>

<p>English honors all 4 years
Math honors 2/3 years (non, h, h) then taking AB calc now -.-
math gpa: 87 ish
science gpa: 97 ish</p>

<p>applied for undeclared engineering ... maybe i should have done something bio? X_X but i wanna do engineering Argh.</p>

<p>EC - forget this i forgot to put the most important crap. i put: Job experience 5 years at family store all summers with pay. Volunteering for 1 year at a hospital. Web manager, tutor for kids.
forgot to put 6 years of piano. crud (my mom yelled at me said it was the only reason she made me learn it LOL) o well</p>

<p>oh and i dunno what being in National Honors Society does to the chances... >.<</p>

<p>what else am i missing? iono. based on this... what do u think my chances are.</p>

<p>i hope i get in. if not i would be pretty mad... lol. my best friend applied ED2 (psh they all favor ED anyway) with lower sat's but slightly higher gpa than me. same # of APs but he started taking his this year... so we're about the same... cept for the ED part. -.-</p>

<p>Why do you have such a crappy physics score and such a high science score? That confuses me. Cause I mean, seriously, 480 in Physics is....bad, especially for an engineer, and will severely hurt your chances at engineering. Unless you mistyped it, lol</p>

<p>if anyone knows a DEFINITE date for CCA (even if its RD) [if u know its march 14] please do tell me so i dont have to check every other day lol >.> i realize they update it once a week but i cant help it >.<</p>

<p>ay yea i know i stink at numbers im more of a facts guy.... dam i knew i should have applied for bio or something lol >.<</p>

<p>i MIGHT have mistyped it. like i said im bad with numbers i couldnt remember my score for all its worth. it could have been 580 lol. </p>

<p>but back to my friend again: hes got a 520 or something.. -.- whatever it was lower than mine and he got in.. so i hope i still have a chance lol</p>
