chances at RSI. please help evaluate.

im a student from taiwan...obviously..im a us citizen and all that...bt yeh. im plannin to apply..and..i'd just like to see others' opinions on my chances at rsi...
i suppose rsi doesnt care abt race...bt i am african american...psat v/m/w...is 79/77/70, 99%percentile...satI 1500 700v/800m....good teacher recs...i have some sat2's as well...bio/chem/physics/chinese/IC...goes as 750/780/700/800/730....haha..what else have i done besides those..oh yeh..grades..cumulative gpa is 3.8UW...(my christian school's bible classes are actually factored into this figure...arg)...ive been to the stanford mathematics summer camp..(sumac)...and..im in the hs math club..i self studied ap biology last yr. got a 5. and...currently doing chem/physics/compsci APs myself. (our school offers very very few aps...plus they have retarded prereqs) for instance, im taking adv math right now, equivalent to precalc. the thing is they wont let skip it and take calc this yr...just cuz they THINK i dun already know everything there needs to be learned from adv math...our school doesnt have any honors system either..haha..everythings under the "general" label..oh wel. oh btw. taiwan has very few, if not none at all, summer opportunities...no local community colleges for any classes...not even job options. its illegal here to work under 18 no matter what. ive done lots of science projects and stuff like that..lots of random stuff...and obviously i have a strong passion for the sciences...my essays should be pretty decent...and..i guess thats pretty much it...

plz assess my chances...i suppose they are as slim as ever. bt oh well. i guess i just wish i had more opportunities...and more of that pro research experience thing...haha...

wow you're african american from taiwan? that's awesome!

are you living in taiwan right now? if you're an international, the app process is very different

euhh...what does rsi mean?.....i'm only new to the american system so....

rsi=research science institute, a U.S. based but international program.

Google is your friend :-)

does Canada have a counterpart?
