Chances at Rutgers Newark?

So the top school on my list is Rutgers Newark. I REALLY want to go there. I am currently a senior and i have a weighted GPA of about 3.65. My SAT is 1520 (520 Math, 510 Reading, 490 Writing). My grades are almost all A's with maybe one or two B's. I am on the Wrestling team in my school and i am the President of the FBLA Program in my school (Future Business Leaders of America). I do NOT have a class rank because i attended 2 different high schools.

OK, So i plan to apply to the EOF program. I have researched a lot online and many people say that it is almost impossible for me to get into Rutgers with my stats (Ive even read some posts saying that i wouldn't be able to get into ANY school lol).

This makes no sense to me...
My high school recently had a college fair and Rutgers came there. I asked them about getting into Rutgers EOF. They responded by saying that students who get accepted to Rutgers EOF usually score very low on their SAT such as 1200....1200! I got a 1520 yet some people online are saying it would be impossible for me to get in.

College Board states that that 50% of students accepted to Rutgers Newark score 460-550 on the Reading. 490-590 On the Math and 470-560 on the writing (I fit all 3). However, I read some peoples posts online where they say that they score 1700 on the SAT'S and people respond by saying that they have almost no chance. ***?

Finally, my sister applied to Rutgers with a 1390 and a lower GPA than mines and she got accepted..... I dont understand why people online are saying i wont get in it makes no sense.

Please let me know if i have a chance.

P.S: I am going to Major in Computer Science. ( I'm currently in PRE cal and i've averaged an A in Alg I, ALG II, and Geometry if that makes any difference)
