How are my chances at: pomona, UCB, UCD, UCLA, UCSD, Stanford, Occidental, USC, NYU, and JHU?

Stanford would probably be a reach...you need to haev something that stands out.
But everything else looks really good..all the other schools are within your reach.

id like to stay on the west coast but im open to considering the east coast. i havent really decided if i want large or small, considering that my top two choices are UCLA and pomona.

btw my SAT scores: 690 cr, 650 math, 670 writing...2010 =( guess i'm retesting...will that decrease my chances to get into the schools?

You're scores aren't bad, but a lot of the schools on your list are looking for people in the 700's. Definitely study, practice, and retake. But your current scores will get you into a lot of those schools.

UCLA: Match

UCSD: Safe Match
UCD: Safety
Pomona: Slight Reach
Stanford: Reach
Occidental: Safety (?)
USC: Match
NYU: Match
