Hi guys- Thanks so much for reading! I live in a pretty small school and I do not have much experience with college applications at all, so could you guys give me some advice? Thanks!

Asian Male(-_-)- looking for the computational biology/biophysics fields

GPA-4.0(No weighted GPA)
SAT- Have not taken yet(Will take in October, kind of panicking... What score should I shoot for?)

SAT IIs
Math-800
Biology-800
Chemistry-800

AP Calc BC-5
AP Stat-5
Ap Bio-5
Ap Chem-5
Ap Physics C Mech and E and M-5
Ap enviro-5
Ap lit-5
Ap World History-5
APUSH-5
AP Chinese-5
AP Comp Sci-5

As school does not really offer any APs, I have self studied all of them with the exception of APUSH and AP lit.

Classes-Our school doesn't really have any honors classes, and my freshman and sophomore year I didn't really take any hard classes. I was lucky enough to enroll at a local university for my junior classes.

Junior

1st Semester
Differential Equations
Organic Chemistry I
Physics 201(kind of like Physics C Mech, plus thermo)
French III
APUSH
AP Lit

2nd Semester
Genetics(College level, much more advanced and harder than AP bio level/small amounts of calc)
Algebraic Structures(Basically an abstract algebra class introducing different...well algebraic structures)
Physics 202(kind of like Physics C E and M but more comprehensive, also covered relativity and optics/waves)
French III
APUSH
AP Lit

Awards/ECs

Gold medal(9th)- International Biology Olympiad
USAPHO-Gold Medal(top 50)
USACO-Silver Division
Score of 7 on AIME....(ehhh, never been good at computational >.< so many mistakes)
USAMTS-Silver
Doing research through the MIT PRIMES-USA program(you work with grad students at MIT on math problems, pretty hard to get into, 9 or 10 kids this year, run by the same department as the department that runs RSI's mathematics research division)
Doing Research at local university on drugs on neurodegenerative diseases, paper with me as one of the authors will be sent for publication in October
I think I'm entering both projects into science fairs senior year.
Top 12 National Science Bowl

So we really didn't have any people at school really do any of these competitions before, so I had to organize/figure for myself all the competitions above/study by myself.

I am in:
Key Club
Science Team
Math Team*(Our teacher left, so it pretty much died)
I have played the piano for 9 or 10 years, and can play quite a bit of music/though I've actually bothered to enter any competitions
I played the violin in orchestra for quite a few years but had to quite last year in order to take university classes.
I and a another student ran a math circle for 4th and 5th graders which got 3rd and 2nd at state math competitions, with individual rankings also.
I'm also tutoring middle school students in math.
I also worked at the university math learning center and tutored university students for 6 months.

I guess I don't have many clubs on my list and my leadership is pretty weak/I haven't actually taken the SAT, so I'm not sure how my chances are at schools are.

Can someone give me some schools that they would recommend for me? Again, I really don't have much experience with universities.

I am thinking of applying to:

University of Washington
Harvard
MIT
Stanford
