Music Theory Ap (Test on my own, no class- so it probably is not going on my app)</p>

Math- 730, Verbal- 720</p>

Chinese- 800

Writing- Still Waiting</p>

<p>School is in urban area where only a small percentage go to a four-year college. </p>

-Drama/Musical Production- Leading Roles (2 years) and Music Director/Conductor for two years
-Private Composition and Music Theory Studies (Advance)
-New York Youth Symphony- Comp Workshops with composers like Steve Reich, Stephen Sondheim, Pulitzer Winner-Chris Rouse + 1 out of 2 students selected to write chamber orchestra piece for lincoln center concert
-National Honor Society
-Tri-M Music Honor Society- Treasurer
-Private Piano (for 10 years)
-Volunteer at my Old Chinese School (Ok, yeah im asian so i guess my chances just went down)
- Graduated First in class( Chinese School)
- Science League Team- (Physics and Chemistry)
- Local Model UN (first place-econ com.)- but it was a small thing</p>

<p>Applied to a few Ivys but I know chances are slim to none...</p>

<p>What are my chances for other schools? What schools should I apply for?</p>

<p>I just said this on your Yale thread, and here I am saying it again: your chances are excellent anywhere. Apply where you want! Of course, include backups, but seriously, look for places that will offer you great education and whose atmosphere you like.</p>
