<p>Your stats are in line, but with only a 15% acceptance rate there are no guarantees. I don’t think SCS is biased against Asians, really. :)</p>

<p>Haha, why so worried? I don’t think standards are that high, but your essays and your recommendations, if excellent, should pretty much guarantee your admission.</p>

<p>Hmmm, I think standards are that high for SCS. Female admit rate is substantially higher than 15%…so I’m guessing admit rate for males is maybe 12-13%(?) which, given the strength of the SCS pool is on the order of ivy admissions. I agree your stats are in line but still it’s a reach.</p>

<p>My S, rising Soph, SCS, had stats quite similar to yours.</p>
