<p>So i visited Skidmore and loved it and definitely plan on applying Early Decision. Anyways, here are my stats as of the end of Junior Year.</p>

My freshman year was not superb (around a 3.2 GPA), but second semester of junior year i finished with a 4.5 Weighted GPA and i know colleges look at growth</p>

<p>I am an active member at the community Teen Center where i have logged hundreds of hours of community service and organize/run youth events.</p>
<p>Recieved youth achievement recognition award for Volunteer work at the Teen Center.</p>
<p>Participated in selected-group city Youth Summit with city council members.</p>
<p>i think its possible. BY 50%, id say im more realistically in the top 1/3 for sure</p>
<p>SAT is low… I expect it to get up to a 1900 atleast. Ive only taken it once and certainly expect it to go up. </p>
<p>and as for GPa, like i said, i had a slow start but Junior year was pretty successfull, could that boost the chances of it being overlooked some?</p>
