Chances at Some Schools

I am currently a junior at a top private HS in PA and was just wondering what how I would fare with a double major in Econ/Finance and International studies/Relations.

In order of preference:
Northwestern ED

California Berkeley
Michigan Ann Arbor
Columbia
University of Virginia

SATs (I took begining of Junior year, will take again expecting 1530+): 750M 690V
PSATs: 73M 80V 71W (obviously I can do better on SATs as shown by this)
GPA: ~3.75-3.8 UW, 4.3-4.5 W 10-12 AP Classes: 1 4, rest primarily 5s
9: ~3.8, 3.8
10: ~3.6 (I sorta slacked off), ~3.8

I will write solid essays and have excellent recs.

Please help me out, it would be much appreciated.

I keep saying this to out-of-state applicants: UCs are brutal. Outside Los Angeles, Berkeley's probably the hardest to get in for out-of-staters.
