CHANCES. AT. SPARTA! Alright...Cornell.

GPA
UW: Freshman and Sophomore combined = 3.6
Junior = 4.1 first semester (my school has A+s)

SATI:
Reading: 740
Math: 730 (Projected from my retest)
Writing: 800

SATII:
Bio E: 710
Bio M: 760
Chem: 800
US His: 780

Extracirriculars are good - great. Solid amount with four leadership positions (Secretary and President in oneclub, Section leader in another, Officer in another). I will be in all of them for four years except for one I will have only done for two years.

I have pretty much no community service, but I plan to volunteer this summer. Fo' sho. Think it will be necessary?

Essays: Can't say. It's a long way from now.

Recommendation Letters: I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing they will be good. I'm my teacher's number top chemistry student out of like 120...and I hear she has a lot of words of wisdom. My guidance counseler will be good...I've gotten to known her this year. Maybe one from my Spanish teacher?

Summer: I'm thinking of going to Cornell...or Columbia...or Harvard...or UPenn...or UChic...okay, maybe Cornell's six week program but this all depends on whether or not I receive financial aid.

Thanks

Oh by the way I live in Pennsylvania.

I might apply to John Hopkins, WashU in St. Louis, Columbia, and UPenn.

I don't think I could get into Columbia...or UPenn...even though it's only an hour away. =</p>
