i go to the #1 public in NJ according to NJ Monthly, and apparently NJ is ranked #1 for public education in the nation.

ECs:
Student Council- Grades 7-11 (incl. class treasurer, school treasurer)
Drum Major of Marching Band- Grade 12 (section leader- grades 9-10)

additionally i have a rec from the professor at princeton, and a rec from my french teacher, who happens to be a stanford alum

btw, im also applying to yale, columbia, carnegie mellon, upenn, and forced to apply to cornell and MIT

stressing over a retarded B i got in french last year (thanks to not doing homework)

so yea, any thoughts? im open to negative criticism if it is constructive.

big roll of the eyes.
you can probably answer that yourself.
most applying to those schools have the same stats.
you have ECs on top of that.
more than 90% I'd say.
but, I must add, it seems that the majority of people
on this site believe that God himself wasn't admitted to MIT
(blashphemy- he was good at math, but his verbal was ONLY a 700 :O)
You'll most likely be accepted, you know it. Good luck.

someone else on this board goes to that #1 school in nj. hmm, i can't remember who, but maybe you guys know eachother.

nevermind, that was you!

what is the #1 school in nj? is it high tech?

haha thanks. my school is West Windsor-Plainsboro HS North. our average SAT is 1224, its ridiculous. luckily we dont rank, otherwise our students would end up murdering each other.

Yeah, the other person who mentioned the school was me. I know stanfordwannab3.

And if we did rank officially, there would be murder >_<. Although we have a very good idea of where everyone goes, especially towards the top.

I would make further comments, but I don't know how to predict people's chances, when they're at this high of an eschelon of achievement.

Only thing I can say is that the Verbal and Writing scores are not up to his usual standard in everything else (which, as you can see, is perfection :-p). But really, it shouldn't matter at all, since they're still very high.

On the subject of testing, I still have to re-take the SAT I's for Math X_X. Yuck. If only the curve wasn't such a biatch.

Joey

ah west windsor.. i'm from the stupidest school ever.. by stupid i mean they gave us cali style buildings in the middle of NJ
it's horrible in the winter. and the rain.

haha good luck joe. yea, i suck at the english language, but whatev, 760 V is ok.

any thoughts for my harvard EA?
