Chances at successfully getting in....by transfering.

Freshman and Sophomore of high school I didn't do so great, but Junior year (and Senior year) I'm getting no less than a 3.7 GPA and my teachers have seen such a huge improvment. I do a lot of EC's, work, babysit, volunteer regularly, etc. I'm planning to go to college at UW-Milwaukee, which isn't a horrible school, but for one I don't want to move out of state, when I want to transfer and move again. Also, with my huge attitude change in school, I feel I could attend a better, more acedemically challenged school.

So, if I continue getting stellar grades, and even picking up, but staying with my current EC's, would I have a chance getting into U of Chicago or NYU by transfering my Sophomore year, or even the second semester of Freshman year in college?

I haven't taken my ACTs or SATs, just PSAT, but I did good and plan to do even better when I take them this year (Juinor year), and next year.

Just give me advice. Thanks!
