I was just wondering what my chances are at getting into Tepper Business School as a regular decision international applicant. Here are my stats..

SAT I - 1320 (Math: 700, Verbal: 620)

SAT II - Math IIC: 660, Physics: 730, Writing: 570

My extracurriculars include sports teams, community service projects and other events such as rock concerts and performance art productions..

Also, I am from Fiji.. I heard it helps if you are from a Pacific Island country?

Haven't you already applied? I mean what is the point of posting your stats after turning in the application when 1. nobody can exactly predict your chance, 2. you can't do anything at this point? Stop posting chances thread and just wait.

Yeah, I was wondering what my chances at Tepper are...

SAT I - 1340 (Math: 760, Verbal: 580)
SAT II: Math IC: 650, U.S. History: 510, Writing: 670

Grades: I've taken all honors and AP courses since 9th grade. Grades are good for the most part (however, I did get C's in Geometry 9th grade, Algebra 2 10th grade, and Chemistry 10th grade)...Freshman year - 3.7, Sophomore Year - 3.2, Junior Year - 3.4, Senior Year - 3.8

Extracurriculars: Officer in two clubs (NHS and Student Council), Sax/Piano/Clarinet player, involved in Show Orchestra/Chamber Orchestra/Symphonic Band/Stage Band/Marching Band, tutor for younger children, lots of community service, and good application essays...

Well, I had to work really hard to get that 760 on the math portion of the SAT.

This is not to say that I never studied for Geometry and Algebra II. I studied hard, but it just took me longer to grasp the concepts. The SAT doesn't contain any Algebra II, and the Geometry that is on the SAT is simplified. In Geometry at my school, you mainly study proofs and theorems, which aren't on the SAT.

I applied to Tepper too and i think we all seem to have pretty similar stats...

Recs: Great recs - tennis coach, precalc honors teacher, and.......David Tepper. I'm really good friends with his son who is one of my classmates. Curiously enough I don't think David's son is going to carnegie mellon.......lol.

i applied to umich (got in), nyu stern (tennis recruit), unc, washu, lehigh, syracuse, gw, rutgers (got in).
