Chances at the UCs... (instate)

<p>I am a male Pakistani American. I am first generation. (strict parents)</p>

<p>Weighted sophmore/junior GPA- 4.1 </p>

<p>9th- 1 honors class (literature)
10th- 3 honors classes (chem, spanish, literature)
11th- 3 AP classes (psych, art history, spanish)</p>

<p>ACT- 29</p>

<p>ECs- Varsity tennis 3 years
Volunteer at Kaiser Hospital 50+ hours<br>
Volunteer at Public Library 30+ hours
Arsenal Traveling Soccer team 2 years
Completion of 11 grade levels at Religious/Spiritual Education
Play Guitar in a band. Recorded two 10song cds
Key Club two years
Junior Statesman of America 3years
College Scholarship Federation 4 years
Made three short films, entered in Film Festivals
Editor of the International Section for school news paper</p>

<p>I also have a question. i have taken the ACT but not the SAT. i dont think i want to take the SAT because my practice test scores are considerably low.</p>

<p>Which UCs do I have a chance at getting into... like matches..</p>

<p>For UCs, I believe the SAT II Subject Tests are required. </p>

<p>For the most part, UCs do not take into account your major when deciding whether or not to admit you.</p>

<p>UC's desire SAT's because many of the scholarship thing they have are tied in with SAT scores.</p>

<p>my SAT II scores i forgot to put them. </p>

<p>i got a 610 on the MATH.. which is low i know.</p>

<p>and 710 on Spanish, 650 on Biology.</p>

<p>they are ok scores i guess.</p>

<p>i dont think i am applying to any scholarships, though.</p>
