Edit: didn't you post a chances thread? What's different?

Also, it's Cal, not CAL (it isn't an acronym).

how would my chances differ if i got a 2200 for the december 2007 sat?

bupmpppppppppppp

if you get a 2200, i'd say you're in.

although i know a guy who had a 4.2 GPA and a 2100 SAT score and got rejected from UCB but got into LA. And his friend had a worse GPA and similar SAT but got into UCB and not UCLA. so it's kind of random

You will get into at least one of them though

thanks LITTLE DUCK!

I don't think a 2200 would make a big difference at all -- a 2100 is good. A 2200 would make the difference of about 5% in chances.

Kyledavid80, why do you say this? 100 points in difference, especially when that already that high--and it's really hard to improve once you're way up there as you know--seems like a lot. why only 5%?
