<p>I know I'm an average student ... I'm hoping my essay will make up for it and my SAT scores, but I know the top-tier UCs don't weigh SAT much at all in comparison with GPA. </p>

<p>UCB/LA: reach (gpa. u said it urself...they dont weigh SAT as much as gpa, although i wish they did)
UCSD: high match; gpa's a lil under their average

<p>u can probably tell that im weighing the GPA most in my chances...but then again, that's wut the UC admission officers do</p>

I think you are good everywhere but maybe UCLA and Berkeley but it is more likely than not that you will get in. I doubt that you would not but there is always a chance.</p>
