Columbia is very hard to predict. If you go back to last year's who got in thread, a lot of 1600's and other top candidates were rejected in favor of lower scores. Amherst looks very hard at grades. Brown is another hard to predict school. All the others look pretty good at your level, and you have a shot at any of them.

NYU- I think you'll definitely get in
Amherst- Not too familiar with them, so I don't want to give an opinion that might be misleading.
Columbia- It's an ivy so it's extremely hard to predict. You're an average/above average candidate.
UPENN- A little better chance than Columbia
Brandeis- Definitely in
UVA- UVa OOS is extremely competitive. I think you're a very good candidate for admissions, but nothing is a guarantee at UVA for OOS applicants.
Duke- Pretty hard to predict. Also, Duke rejects around 80 valedictorians a year, so it shows just how competitive it is. Like UVa, it's extremely competitive and hard to predict, but I think you're a very solid candidate.
Brown- see UPenn
Tufts- I think you'll get in, although it's not a guarantee
Georgetown- I think you'll get in
