Chances at these universities?

I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to how selective/competitive different universities are, so I'm not sure what chances I should expect from these. I'm also a transfer student, with an AS from a CC.

HS GPA: 3.5
College GPA: 3.8 (3.9 retention)
ACT: 32
Volunteer hours: Several hundred throughout my two years at CC, with a President's Volunteer Service Award to show for it
SAT: Haven't dug it up yet, but probably not the best (I would have been in like 9th/10th grade)

The universities I'm considering are:
UCLA
Penn State
USC
Ohio State
U of Michigan
U of Oregon

Also, any idea which might be the most and least expensive?

Thanks! :)

Edit:
Since I've "graduated" my CC and am no longer in HS, where else can I go for advisement? I feel very lost right now.. And by the way, I chose these schools because I'm looking for an exceptionally gay-friendly environment, but also because I'd like to try to get into the whole school spirit thing. I've always been so reserved.. It's time for change :). Thanks again!

I guess I can’t edit my post anymore? Well, I also thought I’d add that I was on the President’s Honor Roll every semester at CC (community college, in case there was confusion).

Bump for any info on transfer chances? I forgot to put Duke on that list, too. I saw a Duke thread suggesting transfers had about a 5% chance!
