Unweighted GPA looks good. Weighted is also good, but 4.3 or above would give you a better shot at UNC, Cornell, and U of Virginia. I think you have a great chance at NE and Boston College. Class rank is also very good.
SAT is good, but 2250+ would be ideal. Don’t worry about PSAT, it doesn’t count for much other than the National Merit scholarship, which is certainly a nice thing to have on your app, but by no means necessary. A considerable amount of studying should yield you good results on the March SAT. Good luck!
