On what planet are your stats bad? That is just ridiculous. I think you have a decent shot at all your schools. Try to work on those ECs in terms of how you present yourself. The list like a hodge podge and I get no sense about who you are or what your interests are. So consider how to think about yourself and your strengths-try to cluster so that you hang together in terms of what your strengths are. Also you list various things you did as a volunteer-how do they hang together -what drew you to those. For instance a student interested in computer science might cluster together experiences such as "taught elders how to use social media and other computer programs, raised money so a low SES school could purchase i-pads for their students, etc. In other words, try to group your experiences into themes that help define you.
