Awesome Teacher Recs
Good Writing Portfolio

This isn't everything I've done, just the more important stuff.

Do I have a chance at getting in?

Yes you have a chance. The only thing possibly holding you back is your GPA. Also, you have to have an amazing portfolio. I learned the hard way. This year I applied ED to Tisch for photo (they only accept 20 kids a year,) and since my academics are amazing and SAT's were fine for tisch, i know that they were probably unhappy with my personal statement for photo. When I look back now, I know that I didn't put enough heart into it, and they probably didn't get a good sense of ME. So I definitely think you have a chance if you make sure your portfolio is great!

Good luck, juicy gal is right. I raced through my portfolio in November for Early Decision and had similar (very similar) stats. I applied for Dramatic Writing too. I was rejected, that doesn't mean you will but do your best, the final decision will be made with your portfolio....if it is as good as someone else's, and that someone else has a 4.0, you're out. But if it is excelent, and much better than most portfolios, then you're in. Your portfolio will be everything!

Aww, I really wish I'd spent more time on my portfolio now. I wrote it way too quickly. I mean it's pretty good, but it's not at all excellent. Thanks for the responses. :)
